Adventist Taps Scheer Partners for 97,000 SF Germantown MOB

Rockville-based Adventist HealthCare has engaged Scheer Partners to market the 97,000-square-foot medical-office building at 19735 Germantown Road.
Scheer Partners Senior Vice President Henry Bernstein, Vice President Nate Crowe and Associate Jamie Rash are handling the leasing assignment for 19735 Germantown Road, which is near Germantown Town Center and Interstate 270.
Spaces ranging in size from 1,800 square feet to 4,000 square feet are available on the first and second floors. The third floor has 27,000 square feet of shell space that could get broken into configurations as well.
With this latest listing, Scheer Partners is now listing two blocks of medical-office space in the county; the second is 501 N. Frederick Ave., where North Bethesda-based Guardian Realty Investors tapped Scheer to its 50,549-square-foot building, which will have 35,000 square feet of fully improved medical-office space available by March 31 when Kaiser Permanente expects to consolidate its local operations at a separate Gaithersburg facility.
