WASHINGTON, D.C. - South Carolina-based OTO Development LLC has rolled out the red carpet at its newest piece of real estate, a 204-room Hilton Garden Inn, also host to the trendy Watershed restaurant.
OTO Development is the operator and asset manager for the city center hotel at 1225 First St. NE, one block from the Red Line metro stop at New York Ave./Florida Ave./Gallaudet University and just one metro stop from Union Station.
The hotel's Watershed features private dining from groups from 10 to 250, a patio, valet, conference center and packages. The hotel also has a 24-hour pantry, Wi-Fi access in guestrooms and public spaces, complimentary 24-hour business center, lounge, fitness center and 3,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.
